# WebTrust.BG frequently asked questions

This site-specific `faq.md` is provided for clear machine reading. It is a recommended publication format, not a universal web standard.

## Is public WebTrust.BG access free?

Yes. Public information, rules, principles and registry access are available without a fee.

## Does a donation buy a WebTrust level, badge or better DAX score?

No. Donations are voluntary and do not influence DAX scores, certification, public results, WebTrust levels, badges or awards.

## Are all payment methods displayed on the site active?

No. A payment method is usable only when WebTrust.BG explicitly marks it active and publishes the corresponding link, address or instructions. A "Coming soon" status is not an active payment channel.

## Is there a fixed certification price?

WebTrust.BG does not currently publish a universal fixed-price certification plan. If an individually requested paid service is available, its price, currency, scope and applicable tax terms are shown or quoted before an order is accepted.

## Does WebTrust certification guarantee that a website is risk-free?

No. It records evidence-based technical assessment and public status under the published rules. It is not a general guarantee, investment advice or a promise that no future issue can occur.

## How can I contact support, sales or billing?

Email info@webtrust.bg. The same public mailbox handles support, sales/business inquiries and billing/payment questions; include a clear subject.

## How do I report abuse or a security vulnerability?

Email info@webtrust.bg with the subject "Report abuse" or "Security report" and include reproducible details. See https://webtrust.bg/security.php.

## Is WebTrust Europe Foundation already registered?

The public site currently states "registration in progress". It must not be represented as completed until the published status changes.

## Is there a public WebTrust API?

No public API is currently advertised. The machine-readable files listed at https://webtrust.bg/llms-full.txt are informational discovery resources, not an API contract.
