1. Rights
Where applicable you may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and protection from certain solely automated decisions.
2. Making a request
Email [email protected] with subject “WebTrust.BG — GDPR request”, state the right and enough information to locate data. Do not send identity documents unless reasonably requested.
3. Time and verification
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Complex cases may be extended under GDPR with notice. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
4. Limits
Rights are not absolute. Data may remain for legal obligations, legal claims, security or rights of others.
5. Complaint
You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg or seek judicial remedy. You may contact us first for prompt review.
