1. Operator and acceptance
WebTrust.BG is operated by FALCOSOFT ITS LTD, UIC 208644390. Use of the site or ordering a service accepts the current terms and relevant rules.
2. Services
Services may include DAX-related assessment, administrative verification, certificate records, badge code, registry, Agency programs, training and events.
3. Orders and payment
Prices, currency, taxes and active payment methods appear before payment. Payment covers the service and never guarantees a DAX score or level.
4. Customer duties
Customers provide accurate data, have authority over the asset, do not manipulate checks and use a mark only for the recorded domain, level and term.
5. Intellectual property
Marks, design, text, methodologies and software are protected. A limited badge right exists only while status is active.
6. Availability and liability
Reasonable reliability efforts are made, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service or absence of third-party outages. Liability is limited only as permitted by mandatory law.
7. Changes and disputes
Terms may be updated by publishing a new version. Parties first seek a good-faith resolution; Bulgarian and applicable EU law then applies.
