1. Independence principle
Assessment follows applicable DAX checks and published thresholds. A payment, donation, sponsorship or partnership never guarantees certification, a level or a higher score.
2. Separation of functions
Technical scoring, administrative review, finance and communications are separate processes. A person with a direct interest does not decide the relevant case.
3. Public verifiability
The valid status is the current public registry and certificate record. An old badge, PDF or screenshot cannot override that status.
4. Funding without influence
Revenue supports infrastructure, security, people and programs but buys no right to alter a DAX score or bypass a rule.
5. Reports and review
Concerns about pressure, bias or interference may be submitted through Contact and are reviewed by a person not involved in the disputed decision.
