Rules for WebTrust.BG marks

These rules govern application, issuance, use, verification, suspension and revocation of Silver, Gold and Diamond.

Silver: DAX 69–79 Gold: DAX 80–90 Diamond: DAX 91–100
01

1. Scope

The rules apply to owners, operators and authorized representatives of websites, shops, SaaS platforms, media and other digital assets.

02

2. Levels and DAX score

Silver requires DAX 69–79, Gold 80–90 and Diamond 91–100. Below 69 there is no active level. Published current thresholds apply.

03

3. Issue and validity

A mark activates after DAX analysis, administrative review and creation of a public record. Validity depends on term, status and continued compliance.

04

4. Proper use

The mark must use the supplied code and verifiable link. Altering level, code, domain or term, or showing an inactive mark as valid, is prohibited.

05

5. Suspension and revocation

Rights may be suspended or revoked after expiry, material deterioration, false information, misuse, manipulation or breach.

06

6. Review and correction

The public registry prevails over copies and screenshots. Evidence-based correction may be requested but does not automatically restore or raise a level.
