A 100-point assessment — with no paid advantage.

Every eligible project undergoes technical verification and independent expert review against criteria published in advance.

  1. 01Eligibility

Verification of the agency, project, rights and completeness of evidence.

  2. 02DAX

Professional technical analysis in a common window and under common rules.

  3. 03Jury

Independent review, disclosure and recusal in case of a conflict of interest.

  4. 04Validation

Verification of results, procedural records and the final ranking.

ENTRY RULES

Equal conditions. A traceable process.

These are the edition's framework rules. The official call will add deadlines and technical instructions without changing the independence principles.

1. Eligible entrant

An entry may be submitted only by a professional web platform development agency with an active DAX Agency 100 plan at the entry deadline. Direct entries from website owners, in-house teams or individuals are not accepted.

2. Authority to enter

The agency must have contributed materially to the project, have the authority to present it and, if requested, provide confirmation from the owner. All material partners and external suppliers must be disclosed.

3. Project status

The project must be publicly accessible or available in a protected demonstration environment throughout assessment. It must be functional, lawful and free from active malware, deceptive practices or infringement of third-party rights.

4. Categories

A project may enter up to two best-fit categories. The organiser may propose a reasoned transfer or consolidation where a category has too few eligible entries, after notifying the agency.

5. Evidence

The entry includes a URL or protected access, objectives and audience, the agency's role, delivery period, technologies used, key results and permission to use submitted materials for the awards.

6. DAX technical assessment

The project undergoes professional DAX analysis during the defined assessment window. Its result is one of the core technical criteria, but it is considered together with expert review and does not independently guarantee finalist status, ranking or an award.

7. Equal treatment

Agency 100 is an access condition for the entry process and professional analysis. The purchase, price or duration of the plan carries no points. A partnership, sponsorship, donation or other commercial relationship with DAX.bg or WebTrust.BG has no influence on assessment.

8. Changes and re-checks

Material project changes after submission must be declared. The organiser may run another technical check before the final decision; attempting to manipulate the analysis or temporarily presenting a different version results in removal.

9. Originality and rights

The entering agency is responsible for accurate data, required copyright, licences, consents and lawful personal-data processing. Proven plagiarism or materially false information results in disqualification.

10. Prize fund

The total prize fund for the WebTrust Awards 2027 is €250,000. Category allocation, the form of individual prizes, and tax and payment terms will be published in the official call before entries open.

11. Procedural objection

After notice of a procedural decision, the agency may submit a reasoned objection within the period in the official call. Objections address a rule breach or factual error; they do not replace independent expert judgement.

12. Acceptance of rules

By entering, the agency accepts the published rules and edition schedule. Final deadlines, technical instructions and the jury are announced before entries open; later changes are published with their date and rationale.

INDEPENDENCE AND TRANSPARENCY

Access has a condition. Judgement is not for sale.

Agency 100 covers the professional workflow and access to entry. It carries no points and does not guarantee acceptance, finalist status, ranking or an award. The jury uses a common matrix; members disclose relationships and recuse themselves in a conflict, while sponsors and commercial partners have no right to influence results.

  • Criteria published before opening
  • Disclosure and recusal for conflicts
  • Documented scores and decisions
  • Procedure for factual errors
